Medical

HMS forms a wide range of parts for the medical industry: blood analyzer components, centrifuge housings, radioactive waste containers, etc. Each part designed for the medical industry comes with its unique requirements: bar-coding, heat lot control, passivation, etc. HMS easily and readily accommodates these customer specific requirements. Below are examples of parts HMS forms for the medical industry.

Shells
This centrifuge housing is manufactured both in aluminum and cold rolled steel. The Shell encloses the motor and other electrical components. The louvers provide the ventilation required.

Height 2.00"
Material Aluminum
Thickness 0.100"
Finish Anodize

Reagent Tray and Headlight Ring
The larger stainless ring is a component of a medical analyzer. Close tolerancing and passivation are a few of the requirements. The smaller ring is a Head Light Ring for an antique motor car. The mirror finish matches the polish of the car's other components.
